Couples who choose to engrave their wedding rings get to add something special; Words, initials, dates, etc, to an already meaningful symbol. Brent and Jessica Williams decided to take this concept to a different level, not by what they engraved on their own wedding rings, but from what they engrave on the rings for couples that order from their Etsy shop.


Fabuluster, an Etsy shop that specializes in making wedding bands using the individual fingerprints of spouses-to-be, has been the solution for many couples looking for something truly unique to them. The idea is for the bride’s fingerprint to be on the groom’s ring, and vice versa, or any variation, including mixing the fingerprints on the same ring. In my experience, it’s typically harder to find a unique ring that the groom loves, as a lot of times the bride’s ring will match her engagement ring, so this is a popular choice for brides to give to their grooms.

They are SO customizable; Fabuluster does rings with fingerprints on the inside, outside, or just one fingerprint so the fingerprint details can be as discreet or obvious as you want. They can also machine engrave those special dates and words inside the rings.

Upon an order, Fabuluster sends a kit in the mail with instructions on how to imprint one’s fingerprints. Then the kit gets mailed back, and Brent and Jessica make a wax form of the impression in order to make the ring. Don’t worry, they send extra imprint strips, just in case.


The rings take between 6-10 weeks once they receive an imprinted kit, so plan ahead!

There is no doubt about it; I love color and lots of it! Granted, my taste has come a long way from my childhood when my bedroom walls were hot pink and my ceiling fan was neon orange (no joke, a normal person would have been blinded), but nonetheless I still crave color, and rainbow roses definitely satisfy that craving!

Rainbow roses were developed in Holland. The color comes from dyes made from natural plant extracts that are absorbed in the roses as they grow. They are the new floral trend in Europe. If you fancy bold color, you will love these roses too.

I think these roses are fun and fresh, but realize they might not be for everyone. If you like all the color, but are not sure about the rainbow rose, there are plenty of other ways to incorporate bold color in your floral design.

Have the person overseeing the guestbook take a quick snapshot of each guest, and write a little something on the back. They can place the photos in a decorated folder or anything of your choice. You will have a photo of everyone in attendance which will be great to look back on in later years.
